If you use our contact forms, the respective addressee is responsible. Name, address and contact details of the person in charge are stored in the respective contact form and are available there for permanent retrieval.

For data that are processed within the framework of the website, but not via the contact forms, the website operators in the imprint are jointly responsible under Art. 26 GDPR.


3. Data collection

Data can be collected from you on the one hand by providing us with this information. This happens in particular when you use our contact forms. Your data will then be processed within the scope of your consent and for the purpose of answering your enquiry. We will not pass on your data without your consent. In case of a revocation of your consent or if your inquiry is answered or otherwise settled, we will delete your personal data. 4. Your rights as a concerned party

4.1 Information rights

At any time you have the right to receive information on the information stored, its origin, recipients and the goal of data processing.

4.2 Correction, deletion or limitation

At any time you have the right to correct, delete or bar your personal data and limit the scope of processing those data. To exert those and additional rights you can contact the contact person named in the imprint. Please note that we ca not delete date if we are restricted in doing so in accordance with storage and record duties as defined by applicable law.

4.3 Data transfer

Provided that the processing of the data is based on your consent, you have the right to receive the data, which you have provided to us, in an organized, common and machine-readable format and to transfer those data to another person in charge.

4.4 Withdrawal

Provided that the processing of the data is based on your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any point in time for the future without effect on the legitimacy of our use of data until the effectiveness of such withdrawal.

In addition tot he aforementioned rights in the event of violations of data protection laws, you have the right to complain to the responsible supervisory authority.
