Goal orientation and negotiating strength are important to lead a company into the future. This can only be achieved in the long term if you win over your counterpart. For me as managing partner of a family business in the 4th generation, this principle of action is always fundamental. Within the scope of THORWART Consult I support the generational change, the cooperation with employees, advisory board or shareholders as well as the structural change of companies.

  • Since 2011 managing partner in the DAHM Group
  • 1997 Joined the DAHM Group, first as sole authorized signatory, from 1999 as managing director
  • Until 1996 trainee program at Heidelberger Zement AG, Heidelberg, employed as management assistant at Baustoffwerke Wittmer und Klee GmbH, Waghäusel, a subsidiary of Heidelberger Zement AG
  • Until 1994 studies of business administration at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg, graduating with a diploma in business administration
